01How does pricing actually work?+

Pricing is scoped per engagement. Paid media scales to the marketing budget that fits you, so cost tracks your spend. Everything else (SEO, web design & CRO, lifecycle, creative) is quoted to the work. Expand any service on the services page to see how its pricing works.

02What does the free consultation include?+

A short call — usually thirty minutes. We come prepared: we'll have looked at your site, your visible advertising, and whatever context you give us in the request form.

The call covers what's running today, where the gaps are, and what we'd do in the first 90 days. You leave with a clearer picture either way — no follow-up sales sequence. If you want to keep talking, you reach out.

03Do you sign annual contracts?+

No. Engagements are month-to-month, always. If the work stops earning its keep, you leave with 30 days notice. No multi-year deals, no early-termination fees.

It keeps the work honest — we earn the next month every month.

04Which services should I start with?+

Most clients start with one or two services and layer in the rest over time. If you have a working site and need immediate volume, paid search and paid social usually come first. If your site or landing pages are the bottleneck, we start there. SEO and GEO are long-cycle bets that compound; we usually add them once paid is producing reliable data.

The consultation is the place to figure out the right order for your situation. We'll walk through what you have, where the gaps are, and what would move the numbers first.

05What happens in the first 30 days?+

We start with a discovery pass — your business, the current marketing, the channels, the site, the tracking — then build the plan and the foundations. By week four we're running.

The first month is the most front-loaded; after that it settles into an operating rhythm of running, reporting, and tuning.

06Who owns the accounts, work, and assets?+

You do. Always. Ad accounts stay in your name, on your card, with you as the owner — we're added as a manager. Websites, creative, and any deliverables we produce are yours outright.

If you ever leave, you take everything: accounts, data, files, assets. No hostage tactics, ever.

07What happens to my current agency?+

You handle the conversation; we handle the handoff. Once you've ended the existing relationship, we take over the accounts, projects, and assets in flight — you don't need to start over. Most transitions take less than two weeks, with no campaigns paused along the way.

08Is there a minimum engagement?+

Not contractually — engagements are month-to-month. But most meaningful results take a few months of sustained work to surface, so we look for clients who can give the engagement that kind of runway.

If you're looking for a one-off project or a 30-day test, we'll say so straight and recommend a better fit.

09Will you work with a competitor in my market?+

No. If we run marketing for a business in your category and market, we won't take on a direct competitor in the same one. Ever. You don't compete with our own portfolio.

We define "market" honestly — adjacent metros or overlapping customer bases count.

10Do you work with my industry?+

Most of our current work is with local services businesses — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, dental, legal, and similar. We also work with small and mid-sized businesses in e-commerce, B2B, and software when the fundamentals are the same.

If your category needs specialist knowledge we don't have, we'll say so on the consultation.

11What if I'm starting from scratch?+

That's fine. New to paid acquisition, no website yet, rebuilding the whole stack — we can start from any of those. The first month looks different (more discovery, more foundational build) but the engagement and rhythm are the same.
